It celebrates the inspiration I draw from Canterbury and the outstanding range of superb fresh foods and wines produced within an hours drive of my home.

Most importantly, this is my home and my kitchen. It's my Cookhouse, an intimate food experience for other enthusiastic cooks to enjoy and learn more about the never-ending pleasures of fine food."
